Ultrasonic Sealer
For enhanced production rates and higher integrity side seals, it is necessary to “crimp” the profile at
the side seal area. The Ultrasonic Sealer is capable of crimping at up to 225 cycles per minute dependent on profile design and bag film. Customer can specify the crimp size at order to meet the package requirements.

The ultrasonic unit is cycled with the bag machine pulse. An independent timer times out the ultrasonic on time. A second timer controls the overall dwell time. Heavy duty frame and unit design insure consistent sealing and repeatability.
