SHUTTLE EXTENSION SYSTEM - MODEL 4600
This PARK AIR attachment is designed specifically for the Gloucester 418 Bag Machine. The unit has been developed to extend the area between the shuttle rollers allowing placement of converting accessories that require the film to be stationary. This gives your in-line operation, out-of-line capacity.

Working in unison with the shuttle rollers, the unit runs at the same speed as the bag machine. Driven rollers eliminate the tension problems commonly experienced with other types of shuttle extensions. A compensating roller allows registration adjustment while the equipment is in operation.

With this unit, it is now possible to make bottom-sealed, handle-cut bags up to five across using PARK AIR’s Model 34 Heated Handle System. Many other PARK AIR intermittent accessories can be adapted for use on the Shuttle Frame. This gives your GL-418 a true converting capacity for a wider range of products.
