ROUND HOLE PUNCHES
CONTINUOUS ROUND HOLE PUNCHES for a moving web Park Air produces many different round hole punching machines for a variety of applications and has been setting the standard for converting plants throughout the World. For punching a moving web we offer ball and die clean cut round hole punching ranging in sizes from an 1/8” all the way up to 4” that can be incorporated into both a single bar across the web for multiple round punches or a single round hole punch situated on the edge of the web.
	Continuous Punchette For use on a moving web, the CP- 3000 can operate at speeds up to 600 cycles per minute.
	Modified Continuous Peer-Sol® The Modified Continuous Peer-Sol® CPS-6100 punches a line of round holes across a moving web.
	Large Diameter Ball Punchette® Designed to produce clean edged round holes, the Ball Swivel Punchette is available for either intermittent or continuous operation.
	Large Diameter Multi Ball Punchette® Developed to allow greater flexibility than the Ball Swivel Punchette, BSP-3000, the Split Ball Punch Model SBP-30 eliminates the limitation of throat depth.

TIMING OPTIONS for Continuous Round Hole Punches
	Pulser Pak For one or more round holes per cycle you can use a multipointed cam on a one-to-one shaft activating a microswitch for the amount and spacing of round holes desired.
	Hole Control The Hole Control/Microprocessor is used for punching one or more round holes in a bag, relative to the seal.
	Length Sensor Control For equally spaced rows of round holes in the machine direction, this unit measures the distance the film travels between pulses.
	Hi-Load Pak For equally spaced round holes or rows of holes in the machine direction, use our Timer with Hi-Load Pak.
	Fiber Optic Photo Sensor This unit uses state of the art fiber optics to read a print mark. This allows exact registration of vent holes to the print mark.
	Combination Unit For multiple rows of round holes or round hole patterns within registration. Spacing and frequency are easily programmed by the operator.

INTERMITTENT ROUND HOLE PUNCHES for a web that stops For punching a web that stops, Park Air offers both our ball and die round punching machines as well as our saw tooth style cutters that can be incorporated in a single bar across the entire web for multiple round hole punches or a single round hole punch situated on the edge of the web. Park Air saw tooth punches are considered by most converters the highest quality in the world for both sharpness and longevity over time.
	Intermittent Punchette® This unit is for use on materials requiring a clean edged round hole. The unit can be used on cellophane or polypropylene without worry about fractures of the web.
	Large Diameter Ball Punchette® Designed to produce clean edged round holes, the Ball Swivel Punchette is available for either intermittent or continuous operation.

	In-Line Punching Our in-line punching unit IL-2100, was developed to give the converter the capability of producing a large number of round holes in a small area of the bag. This unit is ideal for all types of produce bags.
	Ejecto Punchette: Single Hole A single hole Ejecto punching unit activated by an electrical impulse from any intermittent poly bag machine; powered by clean, dry, compressed air.
	Ejecto Swivel Punchette This single round hole unit is designed for large diameter hole punching.
	Ejecto Punchette: Multi Hole Designed to allow the converter a quick, light, multiple-hole, interchangeable unit that can be moved from machine to machine instantly.
	Zero Clearance Punch and Die This round hole punch creates a scissors action resulting in totally clean edges around the hole cutout.
