PATCH HANDLE CARRY BAG ATTACHMENT - PH - 8000
The Patch Handle carry bag was developed to eliminate the costly injection molded sealed handle. PARK AIR's Patch Handle attachment seals two sheets of polyethylene to the inside layers of the top of a polyethylene bag in preparation for reinforced shaped handle bag cutout. The Patch Handle attachment uses a patch of low to medium slip polyethylene, 4 to 6 mil thick, 5-1/2" wide.

The unit includes a built in unwind stand for the patch material. The Patch Handle is mounted to a carriage which allows adjustment along the bag machine bed. Film can pass through the unit when not in use. It comes complete with nip rolls, patch cutoff blade, sealing heads, platen and PLC controls.

The current design uses hot bar seal heads instead of impulse type design, allowing use of either traditional sealing lines or a series of sealed spots. Conversion kits for older units are available. Upgrades for sealing heads, frames and controls are also available.
