OVERLAP SEALER - MODEL LS - 2200
The Overlap Sealer was developed for the purpose of producing a back seamed tube from printed or
plain sheet. Using PARK AIR’s unique continuous sealing technology, the unit produces a high
integrity seal in a wide range of film types and thicknesses. The unit uses independently controlled
sealing heads to create the seal. The seal is cooled by a water jacket. The sealing and cooling
heads are isolated from the web by a Teflon® band which is driven by the web motion.

The sealing head is incorporated into a free standing frame work. This frame supports the forming plates and guides which are used to form the web into a tube in preparation for sealing. The unit can be supplied for web widths up to 60”. All controls are integrated into the machine frame.
