OFF MACHINE HANGER PAK
PARK AIR has literally harnessed the force of a 2 ton punch press for piercing holes and serrating
through a stack of polyethylene bags for off machine punching.

Unit can pierce a single center hole 3/8" or 3/4" diameter or 2 holes 3" or 6" apart, plus serrate up to 19". Also available is a "Twin Heated Blocking Pin" setup to hot needle the stack together. Any
variation available on request.

A new steel rule design with self indexing cutting surface is now available. This can be used for
handle punching or for production of shaped top bags.

Two-hand safety operation is standard with PARK AIR's Off Machine Punch Units: both hands must depress and stay on the activating knobs for cylinders to complete cutting operation. When cut
is completed, hands are removed from knobs, a Pusher is then automatically activated to force the
cut material out, cutter retracts, pad releases material and the finished stack is removed easily. NO metal-to-metal contact. Units are air operated and need only 80 PSI.
