LINEAR LOW WICKETEER - CW - 2000 - LL
The polybag industry is well aware that LLDPE is a more economical and durable film, however up
until now, its abrasive quality made it difficult to convert for bags and also for hole punching.
PARK AIR has developed a method of punching holes in 100% LLDPE. Using an independent hold down system, the punch travels through the material after it is held.
Because the film is trapped, the abrasive quality of LLDPE is reduced.
In the field, PARK AIR’s new “S” coated Ejecto Wicket Punches have lasted a minimum of
5,000,000 cycles.
The primary concept of the “hold down” cutting method has been applied to many PARK AIR
models. In this vein, PARK AIR has two wicketeers. One is a fixed hole spacing, the other is an adjustable wicketeer with standard hole spacing of 2", 3", 4", 5", and 7". Any other hole spacing quoted on request.
