A SINGLE HOLE PUNCHING UNIT FOR INTERMITTENT WEB OPERATION - PE- 3000
This unit is for use on materials requiring a clean edged round hole. The unit can be used on
cellophane or polypropylene without worry about fractures of the web. The unit is also good for
shrink films. This unit is for use on a stationary web. A single hole ball and die unit, it is activated
by the pulse from the converting machine and powered by compressed air.

Uses 0.5 cubic inches of air per cycle and is “ready-to-work” as soon as the air line and pulse line are connected. The PARK AIR patented punching system has free air "waiting" to activate the
cylinder at a given signal from the pulse of the converting machine, cylinder rod hits the punch
"home" to make a clean round hole with known air pressure.

Utilizing a heavy-duty repairable cylinder, requiring only inside replacement parts for a lifetime of use.

Sharpening Service: After initial purchase of die buttons, you will never buy another one, with our
low cost sharpening service. Send a minimum of 6 die buttons at a time, and sharpened die buttons
are shipped to you immediately upon receipt of same.
