IN-LINE PUNCH ASSEMBLY
Our in-line punching unit IL-2100, was developed to give the converter the capability of producing a
large number of holes in a small area of the bag. This unit is ideal for all types of produce bags.

Using the same Ejecto Punch and Knock Out System found in our Ejecto Super Punch, the in-line units are designed for multiple rows of holes both across the web and in the machine direction.
The unit can be split to allow placement of holes anywhere across the web width. A slug collection
system is also available as an option.

Our basic unit is a 17 hole diamond configuration with rows of 6, 5 & 6 holes on 1-1/2" centers.
Other standard configurations include a 45 hole unit (9 rows of 5 holes). Many other configurations
are available.

Standard hole sizes are 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16". This unit can also be designed for use with the large diameter punches (3/4" diameter to 2" diameter).

Any hole pattern can be quoted on request.
