For pouch applications where it is necessary to heat the profile area prior to side sealing, this heavy duty sealer has heated bars above and below the film. Each seal bar is equipped with independent
temperature controls. At a signal from the bag machine, the unit is activated. A dwell timer controls the sealing time. Heavy duty frame can be integrated into bag machine rail design.
