HEATED STEEL RULE PUNCH - MODEL 38
This handle cut unit uses a heated steel rule blade to produce a clean edged cutout. Using a formed
steel blade or milled cutter, the unit makes a clean hole. Available for any standard handle or hanger
hole shape. The unit is easily converted from one shape to another by replacing the die assembly.

This unit has a small footprint so as to take up less space on the bag machine. Unit price includes mounting frame for any intermittent bag machine up to 60” width.

Control box includes heat control and dwell timer. Slugs are extruded through heated blade eliminating individual cutouts loose around the bag machine. Production speeds up to 125 cycles per minute.

The Model 38 can be supplied for specialty applications as well. Units are available to create
perimeter seals around cutouts. Special shapes and sizes quoted on request.
