GUSSET SEALER - GS - 54CP

PARK AIR's MODEL GS-54CP GIVES YOU PERFECT MULTIPLE-PLY SEALS

The Gusset Sealer was developed to eliminate the problem of sealing multiple layers of polyfilm in the making of sideweld bags. It is designed to preseal the areas on a poly bag that are multiple-ply e.g. reinforced top carry bags, bottom gusset bags, draw string bag tops, etc.

The Gusset Sealer is an air-electric operated, self-contained unit which can cycle up to 150 times per minute. It has a dwell timer, a P.I.D. temperature control, an unwind-rewind Teflon® Sheet, and a Teflon® Coated Sealing Bar. Air pressure, dwell and temperature are completely controlled for a
consistent quality seal. The seal is 3/8" x 3-1/2" (other sizes quoted on request).

The GS-54CP can be operated in two modes. For draw tape or fold over top handle bags. The unit
uses a center platen to separate the bag faces. For reinforced header or bottom gusset sealing the
platen can be removed allowing the jaws to close on each other. This creates a seal through both
bag faces. The PARK AIR Gusset Sealer will insure perfect multiple-ply polyfilm seals every time.
