GROMETEER - GR - 7000
The PARK AIR Grometeer was developed to provide a low cost method of producing hang-up packaging with durable NO COST grommets. The heat-formed grommet gives a customized appointment to the polybag. This attachment is easily installed on any intermittent sideweld bag machine.

STRONGER: A sealed edge hole plus a heat sealed three-ring reinforcement provides a hanger hole that is 100% stronger than a metal grommeted plastic package.

RECYCLABLE: The polybag has no added brass material so both product and waste are easily
recycled.

NO ADDED EXPENSES: No added material means no additional costs. No metal grommets to buy.

FASTER: Up to 80 cycles per minute, 20 cycles per minute faster than metal grommets on a production basis.

The Grometeer is an electrically activated, air powered unit. The remote mounted control box regulates the temperature of the upper and lower sealing tips, dwell time and heated blow through.

A new design of our Model 38 can be supplied to produce perimeter seals around shaped hanger hole cutouts.
