SINGLE HOLE INTERMITTENT PUNCHING - ESP - 3000
The most rugged unit in the PARK AIR “Punchline” is the Ejecto Swivel Punchette, Model ESP-3000.
This single hole unit is designed for large diameter hole punching. Manufactured almost entirely of
cast aluminum, this unit is solidly built to withstand the stress of punching large diameter holes.

The unit will operate on any intermittent motion machine at up to 200 cycles per minute. The unit
uses 0.5 cubic inches of air per cycle.

The Swivel Punchette comes with a 9" standard throat. A special 3" extension is available upon
request, making a unit with a 12" throat. For use where space is restricted, the unit is available with
a 2-1/4" throat (REP-3000).

Standard hole sizes available are from 3/4" to 2-1/2" in 1/4" increments. Diameters on 1/8" or 1/16"
intervals are also available upon request.

Sizes are instantly changeable by simply replacing the punch and lower collar. Larger diameter Ejecto Punches quoted on request.

Utilizing a heavy duty repairable cylinder, requiring only inside replacement parts for a lifetime of use.
