EJECTO SUPER PUNCH - KBP - 6000
The PARK AIR Ejecto Super Punch is the original design for bank punching holes for poly, film or foil.
An innovative knock out system removes slugs below web plane. A pneumatic control system
balances all cylinders to act simultaneously permitting operation at speeds up to 250 plus cycles per minute.

The knock out works only when the punch moves toward the upward position. Cut slug material is
pushed out beneath the film. No slugs pass through the nip rollers.

An optional slug collection system using a Venturi valve vacuums slugs into a receptacle eliminating
the problem of slugs on the floor. An electric vacuum is available as an option.

Holes are 1-1/2" on center across bag machine. Multiple banks can be mounted on 2" minimum
centers in the web direction. Standard sizes up to 7/16" diameter. Banks can also be designed for
large diameter cutters.

All Ejecto Punches are manufactured from a tough, shock-resistant steel which has been heat
treated for maximum surface hardness. This assures longer life, less maintenance, and minimal
repairs. No metal-to-metal contact means minimum wear for maximum life.. For intermittent machines only.
